To Gift Aid your donation, tick the box to confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and that you agree to the Gift Declaration below*.
*Gift Aid Declaration: I would like Family Groups Ltd to treat this donation and any donations I make in the future as Gift Aid donations until I notify you otherwise. I confirm that I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. *Family Groups Ltd is a registered charity and therefore is able to take advantage of the Government supported Gift Aid Scheme.
